My Qualifications
I have been working with both individuals and businesses for over 35 years in the financial services industry, and have lived my entire life in the Central Texas area. My main objective is to help you, your family, or your business set and achieve your financial goals, and then implement a strategy to help you achieve those goals.
I have had a lot of experience in the financial services industry. I have helped many individuals with developing a plan for financial stability, accumulation, college funding, and retirement. In addition to helping them reach those goals, I have helped them with the income distribution for these goals. As well, I have also helped businesses with employee benefit plans and retirement plans. I am a member of the Financial Planning Association, and also a qualifying and lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a premier association of Financial Professionals.
In addition, in the 35 years I have been in this business, I have personally put two sons through college and watch them as they begin their careers. My wife and I have built our home and live in this area. I have helped with various investment products, dealt with clients who have lost a loved one, and have had to help them as they continue on their lives dealing with pre-retirement planning or post retirement planning. I have put together plans to help people in the event of a long term sickness or accident. I have helped those with taxable estates plan in trying to conserve their estates through estate planning.
For businesses, I have been able to help with their continuation plans by helping them establish buy- sell agreements for both life and disability, and and then fund those agreements with the appropriate insurance contracts. I understand deeply how the market downturns have affected all of us. Because of these experiences, I understand both the frustration of problems you may have dealt with, as well as the excitement of successes of plans you have made.
I would appreciate very much the opportunity to hear from you and the chance to sit down with you and just first learn a little bit about you. What are your goals? How has your risk tolerance and time horizon changed, or has it changed at all? What is most important to you? What do you see yourself doing at the time you wish to become financially independent? It can be done with some proper planning, and then sticking to that plan.
